Kotak Global has three state of the art depots at Nhava Sheva, Mundra (GIDC) and Mundra (Baraya). Depots are in close proximity of the ports offering highly efficient and cost effective logistics operations.

Facilities are spread over 9 acres over three locations and has ground slots for 2800 TEUs and overall capacity of 9000 TEUs.

Depots are equipped with 4X10 tons detachable telescopic side lifters for handling 20/40 HC and reefer units.

Reefer Handling

Depots have state of the art, tower-based dedicated reefer container handling area consisting of 6 reefer points, expandable based on demand.

Flooring & Storm Water Drainage

Depots have raised, flat and paved solid flooring, 4 feet above the ground level. Design provides natural storm water drainage.

Security & Safety

Depots are well fenced and have 24X7 manned perimeter security with round the clock CCTV monitoring. Depots are equipped with primary and secondary firefighting systems, manned by trained professionals.

Power Supply and Back-up

Depots have 7 HP Power Station with 100% power back-up. In the event of grid failure, back-up power generators automatically take over, ensuring uninterrupted power supply.

Repair & Maintenance

Container repairs are undertaken are as per IICL 5 standards. Depots have state of the art facility and professionally trained staff to carry out complete repair and maintenance. Every container is meticulously inspected and surveyed at the depot, thereby ensuring that the equipment of the Lines is maintained to the highest benchmarks.

Operations

Depots are managed 24X7 by professionally trained staff in Logistics Operations, Maintenance, Security, Fire Fighting and MIS.
